Privacy-Preserving and Efficient Driver Recognition Framework for Sustainable ITS using DRL and FL&#8221;<br>This innovative work, part of the EU-funded TRUSTEE project, advances our mission to build secure, privacy-respecting data infrastructures for cross-border data sharing in Europe.<br>The proposed framework integrates Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) and Federated Learning (FL) to support
